Staying confirmation
The booking will be confirmed after the deposit’s payment which is NON refundable to be made by bank tranfer.
In case of a cancellation the deposit will be valid for future bookings (can be used within 1 year, subject to availability of rooms in the requested period).
In case of an early leaving the whole staying will be charged minus all meals not yet consumed.

Check in:
Rooms will be to your availability from 3 pm.
We ask to advert us if you arrive after 9 pm.
For arrivings after 11pm (reception’s closing time) we will have to previously agree.

Check out:
Rooms have to be left by 10 am on the leaving day. Possibility of LATE CHECK OUT (subject to availability) with a supplement.
Luggage free deposit.

Payment
We accept cash payments up untill 2999,00 Euro (as required by law), checks, debit card and credit cards.
Guests are asked to do the payment the day before leaving.

Services
Free Wi-Fi is accessible everywhere in the hotel.
Covered garage is available for 70,00 Euro per week
In every room there is an electronic safety box. Managment is not responsible for any theft or loss of objects and money left outside the safety.

Opening hours: from 4pm till 7pm
Bathing suits are mandatory
Using room’s towels and bringing drinks is prohibited
Free services: sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, shower with cold fog and tropical rain, kneipp path, relax area.

Animals
We accept small size animals on request and their presence has to be told in the booking, so that we can value the compatibility with the room and eventually with our policies.
There is a supplement for them.

Every animal will be acepted as lons as:
- Is an adult
- The guest brings kennel, bed
- Every damage made by the animal will be charged
- NO animals are admitted in the restaurant
- Is NOT permitted to leave the animals unattended and alone in the rooms (exept for the meals time);

We remind the guests that in the hotel’s common areas is prohibited to bring and consume your own food and beverages.
Everywhere in the hotel smoking is prohibited
To enter the hotel after 11pm we ask to use the secondary entrance at ground level using your room key card.
